Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
